Chikkadpally, Trinet News August 13: Marking the first anniversary of the Smt. Ongolu Saraswathi Organization and in loving memory of Smt. Ongolu Saraswathi, a classic film music concert titled "Ghantasala, SP Balasubrahmanyam Aapatha Madhuralu 'Okkaridareye Vela...'" was organized at the Kala Subbarao Kala Vedika in Thyagaraya Gana Sabha, Chikkadpally.
Held under the management of Ongolu Sivaprakash, the event enthralled the audience with timeless cinematic melodies performed by a talented troupe of singers, including G.S. Lakshminarayana Sarma, Sanjeeva Venkatrao, Gogolla Venkatrao, Rao Pratap Patriraju, B. Srinivasa Naidu, S.R. Bhaskar, Ramakrishna, Jagadish, Suguna Rani, Gayatri, Vijayalakshmi, Rajalakshmi Polasapalli, Smt. Sasirekha, and Lakshmipriya.
