Chikkadpally, Trinet August 12: Traffic DCP Avinash Kumar assured locals that adequate measures will be taken to prevent accidents and that he would speak with senior officials regarding the restoration of traffic signals. A meeting was held at RTC X Roads following a request by the residents of Prakruthi Review Drops Apartment Association and senior citizens.
Senior citizens and association members explained that traveling from the crossroad towards Mushheerabad X Road requires going all the way near the Golconda Diary road up to the metro station. They brought to his attention that the area experiences heavy congestion due to large shopping complexes, apartments, IMAX, and cinema theaters, requesting him to inspect the area and take appropriate traffic control measures.
Responding to this, Avinash promised to resolve the issues. Additional DCP Ramulu, ACP A. Srinivas, Chikkadpally Traffic CI Yedukondalu, and apartment association members Radhakrishna, Rajeshwar Rao, and others participated in the program.
