Sri Bangaru Maisamma gave darshan to devotees as a wish-fulfilling deity and a beacon of hope. Special decorations and rituals were held with deep devotion at the Sri Bangaru Maisamma temple in Namalagundu. Regarded as the mother of all living beings and the embodiment of nature, the goddess was decorated with various fruits, floral arrangements, and traditional lamps, deeply captivating the devotees.
Epitomizing compassion, Goddess Bangaru Maisamma is considered a true boon for her followers. Devotees believe that sincere prayers to the goddess bestow courage, self-confidence, auspiciousness, and peace. Worshippers also believe she blesses the people with annaprasadam (food offerings) and ensures abundant crop yields. A large number of devotees from Namalagundu and surrounding areas flocked to the temple for the divine darshan. They offered special prayers at the sanctum, praying for health, long life, family well-being, and prosperous agriculture. Special abhishekam and rituals were performed amidst the chanting of Vedic hymns.
Speaking on the occasion, temple priests (Gundali Rahul) Pedababu, Shiva, Dhanush, alias Chinna, and Nanu stated that having darshan of Goddess Bangaru Maisamma in her special decoration is highly meritorious. They prayed that the goddess's grace always remains upon the devotees and that every family prospers with happiness, peace, and good health. The temple premises wore a festive and spiritually vibrant look with the special decoration of the goddess.
As part of the 'Rangam' ceremony, chief guests including Rahul alias Chinna (Gundeli family), party leaders, friends, and family members participated and witnessed the event with deep devotion.
