No recommendation letters will be accepted in view of the election code.
Tirumala, Trinet News, October 20: TTD stated in a release on Tuesday that, due to the implementation of the Model Code of Conduct in view of the local body elections, no recommendation letters will be accepted in Tirumala for Srivari darshan and accommodation.
It clarified that darshan and accommodation will be arranged only for VIPs who come under protocol in person. It made it clear that this rule will apply as long as the Model Code of Conduct is in force.
TTD appealed to the devotees to note this and cooperate.
