Hyderabad, Chilkalguda, Trinet News, August 31: Police rescued two women wandering without a known destination within the Chilkalguda police station limits and moved them to a safe location.
Among them, an elderly woman aged around 70 could only state her name as Balamani and was unable to provide any other details. The second woman stated her name as Vadde Govindamma (55), her husband's name as Venkatappa, and her native place as Jingurthi mandal in KV Ranga Reddy district, but she could not provide complete details of her family members.
Following the orders of Chilkalguda CI Valishetty Ramakrishna, Head Constable Pusa Srinivas shifted both women to the Dream India Home shelter in Secunderabad and provided them shelter. The police appealed that if any relatives or locals have information about their whereabouts, they should immediately contact the Chilkalguda police station.
