Amberpet, Trinet News August 18: State Government Advisor V. Hanmantha Rao hailed Sardar Sarvai Papanna Goud as the first Telugu Bahujan Emperor. The 376th birth anniversary celebrations of Sardar Sarvai Papanna Goud were grandly organized in Amberpet under the auspices of the Amberpet Goud Association.
Attending the event as the chief guest, VH (Hanmantha Rao) garlanded the statue of Sardar Sarvai Papanna Goud and paid rich tributes. Speaking on the occasion, he stated that the contributions of Sardar Sarvai Papanna Goud for the welfare of marginalized and weaker sections are unforgettable. He called upon the younger generation to draw inspiration from Papanna Goud's ideals and his struggle for social equality, and to carry his mission forward.
BJP State General Secretary Gautam Rao stated that Papanna Goud worked extensively for the upliftment of weaker sections. He noted that Sardar Sarvai Papanna Goud belongs to everyone and suggested that people from all communities should celebrate his birth anniversary.
Telangana Goud Association President Palle Laxman Goud praised Sardar Papanna Goud as a valiant hero who fought against the tyranny of the Mughal Empire with the objective of establishing a Bahujan kingdom.
