HYDERABAD, TRINET NEWS, SEPTEMBER 4: Under the auspices of KVK Fine Arts & Melodies (Cultural Organisation), the 'Sadguru Puraskarotsavam' was organized to honor teachers from the fields of music, literature, dance, and culture on the occasions of Sri Krishnashtami and Teachers' Day. The event took place on Friday from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM at the NTR Auditorium, SP Rangaiah Telugu University, Nampally, Hyderabad.
Dr. Vakulabharanam Krishna Mohan Rao, former Chairman of the Telangana BC Commission, attended the celebrations as the chief guest. Garuda Vega International Courier - NexGen Logistics CEO Lakkavarapu Satish and CFO Srinath Reddy participated as guests of honor. Kalapatrika Chief Editor Dr. S.K. Mohammad Rafi presided over the event, with renowned singer and Canara Bank retired DM Yallapragada Amareswara Rao also taking part.
On the occasion of Teachers' Day, B.V.S.R.S. Sharma, Dr. Annadanam V. Subramanyam, Rama Bandaru, Shishtla Manjula, and others were specially felicitated. Special invitees and advisors Dr. Vamsi Ramaraju, Chebrolu Sasibala, and Mohammad Shabbuddin attended the event. Under the supervision of renowned classical dancer, choreographer, and dance guru P. Jwalamukhi Devi, students of the Sri Krishna Sangeeta Nritya Kalasala gave special dance performances.
