Nacharam, Trinet News, September 17: As part of the Ganesh Suraksha Sankalp-2026 initiative, an 'Arrive Alive' program for a better future was organized under the auspices of the traffic police. Road safety awareness was created among the public and youth at the Ganesha pandals in NFC Colony, organized by the Mallapur NFC Yuvasena.
Road Safety DCP Lakshmi attended the program as the chief guest. Traffic ACP Sampath Kumar, Traffic CI Sri Nagaraju, Road Safety CI Pradeep Kumar, DI Varun Kanth Reddy, SI, and other police officials participated.
On this occasion, the officials interacted with Ganesh festival organizers, youth, and local residents. They created awareness on subjects such as following road safety rules, mandatorily wearing helmets, avoiding drunk driving, controlling speed, and adhering to traffic regulations. Police officials advised the public and youth to act responsibly during the Ganesh festivities and cooperate in preventing road accidents.
