Telangana State Legislative Council Leader of the Opposition Sirikonda Madhusudhana Chary unveiled the poetry collection 'Batuku Bandi' authored by young writer Muralimohan Mohan Raju.
The book launch took place on Sunday morning at Tyagaraya Gana Sabha, Chikkadpally, Hyderabad, under the auspices of the Pinakini Youth Welfare Association on the occasion of World Folklore Day. The book was dedicated to Dr. Sevaratna Konduru Harinarayana.
Speaking on the occasion, Madhusudhana Chary said that he has observed Muralimohan Raju from all angles. He described Raju as a multifaceted personality—a poet, writer, artist, and social worker—and stated that his services are much needed by society.
Dr. Konduru Harinarayana Reddy, Dr. Burgula Madhusudana Rao, Nirmala Prabhakar, N. Venugopala Sharma, writer Dubba Bhaskar Rao, Dr. Radha Kusuma, and author Muralimohan Mohan Raju, among others, participated in the event.
