HYDERABAD, RAVINDRA BHARATI, TRINET NEWS, AUGUST 30: The Kuchipudi Rangapravesam of Kuchipudi dancer Parthavi Reddy, a disciple of prominent dance gurus Venkata Gangadhar and Lakshmi Vempadappa, was grandly organized by the Nishrimkala Dance Academy at Ravindra Bharati.
Sheela Unnikrishnan, founder of Sridevi Nrithyalaya, participated as the chief guest, lit the ceremonial lamp, and inaugurated the event. Speaking on the occasion, she noted that Parthavi Reddy, daughter of P. Kranthi and P. Maheswara Reddy, is a Doordarshan 'B-Grade' artist who has been receiving rigorous training in Kuchipudi for the past ten years under Venkata Gangadhar and Lakshmi Vempadappa at the prestigious Nishrimkala Dance Academy. She wished her success in presenting many more performances in the future.
Shobha Korambil and Dr. Vedantam Satya Narasimha Sastry also participated in the event and congratulated the artist. Prior to the formal meeting, Parthavi Reddy captivated the audience with various classical dance performances, including 'Vighnaraja Bhaje', 'Sivasthuti', 'Bala Gopala Tarangam', and 'Dasavataram'.
