Hyderabad, Chikkadpally, Trinet News August 30: The BNDSRKL Cultural and Social Service Organization organized a national awards presentation ceremony for artists and social workers at the Kala Sangeeta Natya Vedika in Chikkadpally's Sri Thyagaraya Gana Sabha.
Film actor Manikyam attended the event as the chief guest and inaugurated it by lighting the ceremonial lamp. Speaking on the occasion, he commended the organizers for establishing these awards drawing inspiration from immortal singer Ghantasala and renowned singer Yesudas.
Later, awards were presented to artists as well as individuals who rendered commendable services in various fields. The organization's president, Dr. Nagesh Kuruva, participated in the event.
