Hyderabad, Trinet News, September 23: Servers at MeSeva centers across the city are malfunctioning. With this situation persisting from morning until night, citizens and students visiting the centers for various tasks are expressing deep frustration. Not knowing when the servers will function, people are waiting at the centers for hours.
Recently, students joining engineering courses for the 2026-27 academic year have been rushing to MeSeva centers to apply for government-provided scholarships. As the last date for submitting applications is only the 25th of this month, parents are rushing to the centers along with their children.
To apply for the scholarship, biometric authentication must first be completed at MeSeva centers, followed by uploading the application at online centers. However, with the biometric servers being unavailable at MeSeva centers for a week, many students are facing hardships.
Despite waiting from morning till night, as the servers fail to respond, they are returning home disappointed. Students complain that when they ask MeSeva staff about this, they reply that they know nothing and can only act when instructions come from higher authorities.
