Trinet News Special Article: Life's challenges, insults, financial struggles, academic failures, and betrayal by trusted individuals can drive a person to deep despair. However, prominent motivational speaker M. Jayakrishna Reddy has advised that no matter how severe the problem is, one should not decide to give up on life. Instead, with a little patience, we must face circumstances and find solutions.

Imagine a crowded train journey with people boarding, alighting, and bustling about. Amidst this, a man unable to walk due to a rare disease began selling apples carried on his shoulder. Seeing this, the passenger sitting next to me said, 'Looking at that man, who struggles to support his family with the one or two rupees he earns from serving passengers and is desperately trying to live no matter what, I fail to understand why thoughts of ending my life even occur to me.'

For a moment upon hearing those words, I remained silent. I felt there was truth in what he said.

We frequently see similar incidents in the news nowadays—people dying by suicide due to reasons like a father scolding them for poor marks, failing exams, being spoken to insultingly, being betrayed and abandoned by those they considered their own, or being surrounded by financial troubles. They feel life is not worth living anymore and that trying further is useless.

If you hold any object in your palm without putting it down, after a while pain starts, increasing from the elbow all the shoulder. Here, the weight of the object did not increase with time; rather, the longer we hold the object in our hand, the more it hurts. Yet, a mother carried us for 9 months without ever considering us a 'burden'. The labor pain she faces while giving birth is like a rebirth for her. Are the problems we face in life greater than the pain a mother endures for 9 months just to bring us into this world?

Think about it once!

I am not saying that 'problems are small', nor am I saying there is 'no pain' when you are in trouble. But my point is to be patient until that problem is solved. Whether we like it or not, life must end one day, but once life is lost, can we ever bring it back?

'Life is only one... No matter what happens, never give up.'

As for problems? No individual can live alone from birth to death. We have to live together with the people around us in society. Not everyone around us may have grown up with the same social and economic background as ours. Therefore, their thoughts and behaviors may not match ours. Their behavior can cause us distress and mental turmoil.

Thus, anyone can face insults, betrayal, or loneliness from others at any time and in any way. We must not think that it happened only to us and try to temporarily end our breath.

Think about which thought of yours led to this problem. Figure out how to change that thought. Be glad that you have come to know people's true behavior at least now. Do not keep recalling the same incident in your mind repeatedly; instead, remember the roots of the incident. Think about how we should learn to think from it, and what needs to be done so that such an incident does not recur. If necessary, discuss it with the few people you trust and find a solution.

No problem is greater than our life. As long as we are alive, we must leave our mark on this earth. Before we depart, we must fill the eyes of ten people around us with joy. With our work skills, we must inspire ten others. For that, let us stand resilient against any hardship.

The moment the thought of dying crosses your mind, remember the struggle your mother went through to bring you onto this earth, and the love she showed you all these years, placing it above her own life! Let us grow so that our parents can speak of us with pride. A problem troubles us only until we find a solution. Think of a solution once, implement it, and it is no longer a problem.

Finally, this is all I want to say:

Let us live until life leaves on its own.

No matter what life is like, let us fight...

As long as we exist, let us inspire ten people.
