Nacharam, Trinet News, September 19: Vinayaka Chavithi celebrations are being conducted grandly under the auspices of the Ekadanta Vinayaka Association in Mallapur, led by association president Achagoni Dinesh Goud.
Right from the first day, special rituals, Rudrabhishekam, and Sahasranamarchana are being performed for the deity as per scriptural traditions. Amidst the Vedic chants of scholars, devotees are visiting Lord Ganesha while offering Dhupa, Deepa, and Naivedyam.
As part of the celebrations, a mass Annadanam (food donation) program was organized at the pandal premises, drawing a large number of devotees and local residents from Mallapur and surrounding areas. They had darshan of Lord Ganesha and partook of the prasadam. The specially arranged colorful lighting and floral decorations are captivating the devotees.
Several local leaders and dignitaries attended as chief guests, performed special prayers to the deity, and later distributed prasadam to the devotees. Speaking on the occasion, association president Achagoni Dinesh Goud wished that with the divine blessings of Lord Lambodara, all people would be blessed with health, happiness, and prosperity. He expressed happiness that all devotees came together to make the celebrations a success.
The pandal premises is resounding with devotional chants and spiritual songs. Women and children are participating in large numbers to offer prayers. The organizers have made comprehensive arrangements to ensure devotees face no inconvenience.
Committee members Bharat, Sandeep, Charan, Prithvi, Nilesh, Sunil, Ashish, Anchal, Venkatesh, Lucky, along with several other members and youths, participated in the event.
