Embrace Kaloji's Ideological Path: Minister Jupalli Presenting the Award
Hyderabad, Trinet News, September 9: Telangana State Minister Jupalli Krishnarao stated that Padma Vibhushan Kaloji Narayana Rao was the voice of the people and a symbol of social awakening. On Wednesday, the 112th birth anniversary celebrations of People's Poet Kaloji Narayana Rao and Telangana Language Day celebrations were grandly organized by the Department of Language and Culture at Ravindra Bharathi.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Jupalli Krishnarao advised the contemporary generation of poets to imbibe Kaloji's ideological approach. He called upon poets and artists to work towards social transformation, noting that it is possible only through them. He praised questioning people's problems as an integral part of Kaloji's literary genres. He stated that everyone should take inspiration from Kaloji's words that individuals should write in their own spoken dialects and that a slavish mindset must be eradicated.
Later, the Kaloji Literary Award was presented to prominent poet V.R. Vidyarthi. Telangana Cultural Sarathi Chairman Vennela Gaddar, Department of Culture Director Enugu Narasimha Reddy, Cultural Advisory Board members Dinakaran and Palle Narasimha, Kaloji Foundation Joint Secretary Potlapalli Srinivasa Rao, and Professor Venkataramana participated in the event.
