Hyderabad, Chikkadpally Trinet News August 30: Marking the 101st birth anniversary of progressive poet, researcher, and comprehensive Telugu literary historian Dr. Arudra, Kinnera Art Theatres organized a film music concert titled 'Kondagali Tirigindi' at the Kala Lalitha Kala Vedika in Thyagaraya Gana Sabha, Chikkadpally.
Renowned literary figure Dr. Voleti Parvateesam attended as the chief guest and inaugurated the event by lighting the lamp. Speaking on the occasion, he lauded Dr. Arudra as a versatile genius and a legendary writer whom the Telugu community can take immense pride in, especially for his contributions as a literary historian.
Film science scholar S.V. Rama Rao, Kinnera Art Theatres Secretary Maddali Raghuram, and others participated in the event. Prior to the meeting, soulful renditions of cinematic songs by prominent singers T. Balakameswara Rao and N. Akhila enthralled the audience. M. Manohar acted as the emcee.
