CPI Mandal Secretary Annemaina Venkatesham paid floral tributes to the portrait of Chakalai Ailamma at the bus stand crossroads in Bommalaramaram mandal headquarters of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district.
Speaking on the occasion, he recalled that Chakalai Ailamma was a heroic woman who fought fearlessly in the Telangana armed struggle and served as an inspiration to the nation. Leaders Krishna, Praveen Kumar, and others participated in the death anniversary event of the movement leader Chakalai Ailamma.
