CHIKKADPALLY, TRINET NEWS 15: The national flag was hoisted under the auspices of the Vivek Nagar Welfare Association in Chikkadpally by Journalist Association of Telangana State Treasurer Chilukuri Akhilesh, Vivek Nagar Association President Chamarthivani Swara Sastri, General Secretary Govardhan, members Narsing Rao, former DIG of Registration Rama Rao, Srinivas, and Dwarakanath, among others.
Speaking on the occasion, they called upon today's youth not to forget the selfless sacrifices of those who laid down their lives for the country's freedom and brought its fruits to the people. Akhilesh urged the youth power, stating that the vote holds the power to change governments that mortgage the country for selfish politics.
