Hyderabad, Trinet News, August 28: The 4th 'Nrutyanaaga' program was grandly organized at the Ravindra Bharati auditorium jointly by the Singidi Cultural Organization, Hyderabad, and the Department of Language and Culture, Government of Telangana, with support from the South Central Zone Cultural Center, Nagpur.
On this occasion, Rangika Nanayakkara and artists from Sri Rangaabhi Kala Mandir of Sri Lanka captivated the audience by performing traditional Sri Lankan folk dances. Following this, artists from Madhya Pradesh entertained with Northa and Badhai folk dances, while Maharashtra artists showcased Dhol Tasha performances. Yagnaseni Sarkar from Kolkata performed Odissi dance, and Moumita Paul presented Mohiniyattam, enthralling the spectators.
Former MP, Telangana government sports advisor, and special representative of the state government in Delhi, Jitender Reddy, attended the event as the chief guest. Guests of honour included former Telangana Tourism Corporation Chairman Patel Ramesh Reddy, Director of the Department of Language and Culture Dr. Enugu Narasimha Reddy IAS, Sudhir IRTS from the Ministry of Railways, and Telangana Sahitya Akademi Secretary Dr. Namoju Balachari.
During the event, the Anjana Rajapakse Memorial Awards and 'Nrutyanaaga' Awards were presented to prominent personalities.
