Raga Ranjani received the Natya Tapasvi Award at an event held at Ravindra Bharathi under the auspices of Shikharam Art Theaters. Raga Fine Arts Academy President Raga Ranjani received the award from Rasamayi Chief Dr. M.K. Ramu and Anju Babu.
Speaking on the occasion, she expressed great happiness at receiving the Natya Tapasvi Award as the 108th honor in her life. She stated that she is making her own efforts to preserve the cultural heritage of Indian classical dance and pass it on to future generations. She thanked the organizers, Shikharam Theaters, for recognizing and encouraging her services in the field of classical dance.
