Ravindra Bharathi, Trinet News, August 16: Renowned film director Relangi Narasimha Rao praised the film 'Vande Bharat Save India' as a must-watch movie on the occasion of Independence Day. Marking the 80th Independence Day celebrations, the film was screened on August 15 and 16 evenings at the Paidijala Raju Theatre in Ravindra Bharathi. Relangi Narasimha Rao analyzed that it is no ordinary feat to shoot a film that highlights the flaws of certain individuals without criticizing any religion. National film lyricist Dr. Suddala Ashok Teja, who penned the patriotic song for the movie 'Vande Bharat', was honored with a cash award of Rs. 30,000.
The event was attended by Vamsi International founder Dr. Vamsi Ramaraju, prominent actors Jenny, Ashok Kumar, Gharshana Srinivas, Balaji, Sahitya Akademi awardee Chokkapu Venkataramana, parody expert Guruswamy, Balanagar ACP Pingili Naresh Reddy, director Mallam Ramesh, cultural figures Ramadugu Vasanth, Bavitri Siva, Venkati Babu, Mogili Venkateswarlu, Nagasai, and social figures Kasireddy Bhaskara Reddy, Ravindra, among others. National Integration Awards were also presented to several individuals.
